Summer Self-care &
Self-esteem.

The summer season often means “time off” and “taking a break” from many things. However, it’s best to prioritize continued work on self-care, self-esteem, and mental health. This workshop will be a facilitator led group discussion where ladies will share their experiences in maintaining self-care and self-esteem over the summer months. Ladies will share challenges and tips, as well as provide/receive feedback from one another. and the facilitator. This is great for women who have been interested in improving self-care and self-esteem, and maybe have yet to start therapy, as well as ladies who are in therapy but could benefit from additional support during therapy breaks and/or in between sessions. Participants will gain insight, skills that can be implemented immediately, relatability, relief of stress & negative feelings, and a sense of community. A hand-out and playlist will be provided. Facilitated by Tameika Cheek, LPC.
